Partnerships

Our partnerships allow us to deliver such a high quality of support to people living with sight loss, so we are very proud to work with a wide range of partners throughout Wales.  We have partners that collaborate with us to support blind and partially sighted people, partners who fund our work and partners where we have two-way referrals, making it easier for people to know who to speak to for particular services – perhaps unrelated to sight loss-specific issues. Cwm Taf Health and Social Care Economy Intermediate Care Fund

The Intermediate Care Fund is available within Cwm Taf and is open to Voluntary and Community organisations based and working in Merthyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taff who wish to deliver a project that benefits older people (65+), or their families and carers.  It is managed by Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council, Voluntary Action Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, Interlink Rhondda Cynon Taf, and Cwm Taf University Health Board.
